We're Nesting.

Here we are with our ultrasound tech right after we found out this baby is a girl! Garrett wore blue and I wore pink just so we had all the bases covered :) But that morning he woke up and whispered to me, "I hope it's a girl" - Can't fake those grins!

Garrett's family came into town and we celebrated by getting pink ice-cream cones. So fun!!!

They helped us shop for cribs and dressers and bedding and all that oh-so-fun nursery stuff. We picked out colors and got a good idea of the final products, I'm so glad we had the extra help and opinions! We all oohed and aahed over every soft little ruffly thing we layed our eyes on. I love it. It just made my weekend to have them there with us. Here's the crew at the mall. Then last week my parents came into town for more nursery prep stuff. We decided on colors and design and set to work giving our very neglected storage room a pretty little make-over. My mom is well experienced in the painting biz and my dad is insanely handy. He put up the greatest chair rail and shelves in every closet and fixed a whole bunch of other 'honey-do's. I LOVE it when my parents come to visit. We always get so much done and have so much fun too! Thank You Both! *We could not have done it all without them!*

Here is the only thing in the nursery so far - the gorgeous bedding. All the furniture is ordered and on its way. More pictures to come I'm sure!
.

And this whole time we were working that little wiggler inside me was growing! 19 weeks - a definite 'bump'. So different from 16 weeks!

AND I FELT HER!!! It is like a tiny little finger is poking me from the inside out and sometimes it feels like there's a little gold fish doing a flop in there. Garrett is so proud.

Oh so fun :) I sure wish I could be decorating a nursery right now, but ours will have to wait. Looks like everything is going to be sooo cute. And You dont even look pregnant yet, I cant believe it, I look like I am carrying a watermelon in comparison ;) Hope all is well...

Congrats!! I'm so glad it is a girl too! I love that your family is getting all these little girls after having four brothers!

Love the bedding. Love the paint. Love your parents and in-laws for helping.

Of course, you are tiny and look amazing. I was a whale at 19 weeks.

I'm so happy for you!
